MONTHLY VENDOR AND CRAFT MARKET CONTRACT
In consideration of your payment, the receipt and adequacy of which are hereby acknowledged. All payments will be forfeited in the event of Vendor cancellation. IF WE HAVE TO CANCEL OR POSTPONE THE MARKET, VENDOR WILL BE MOVED TO THE NEXT OPEN MARKET DATE. The parties agree as follows:
The EVENT HOST does hereby grant to Vendor a license to use a 10 x 10 outside spot provided for the purpose of operating Vendor(s) booth / table, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
The EVENT is located at 7120 Massachusetts Avenue New Port Richey FL 34653 (St Anne’s Byzantine Catholic Church) and is more specifically limited to the areas to be designated as “Vendor Area” THIS PROPERTY IS NOT OWNED BY THE EVENT HOST, IT IS A RENTED VENUE.
The space may be occupied and used by the vendor solely for the purposes stated above, on the following date(s) and time(s) : 3rd Saturday of the Month Starting January 2018.

Event is from 9 AM To 1 PM Setup is at 7:30 AM / Cleanup is at after event.
Payment in full is required to reserve the space and is non-refundable.
It is understood and agreed that nothing herein shall be considered as in any way constituting a partnership or joint venture between EVENT HOST and Vendor.
This agreement is personal in nature and any assignment without the prior written consent of the EVENT HOST shall be void.
The Vendor accepts any and all risk of using the space.
Vendor shall be solely responsible for any items or products being sold.
The Vendor shall indemnify and save the EVENT HOST EVENT HOST’s Agents, property owner, employees and invitees harmless from any and all liability claims, losses or expense (Including attorney fees) for property damage, personal injuries, or for loss of life or property resulting from, or in any way connected with the use or condition of the space covered by this license.
The EVENT HOST makes no warranty of any kind with respect to the license granted by this agreement and vendor waives any warranties implied by law, accepting the premises as is.
The Vendor shall contact Rosemarie Scordamaglia at 727-810-3545 or at 727-946-7504 in the event of any issues regarding the use of the premises, as the Vendor acknowledges and agrees that such use is on a non-exclusive basis.
The Vendor shall maintain all necessary licenses, including health permit license, and shall pay any all taxes, fees and assessments, including permits, levied or assessed on the assets, business or property of the Vendor pertaining in any way to the use of the space by the Vendor.
Vendor shall be responsible for staffing the booth at all times during the event, and the EVENT HOST shall not be liable for or responsible for maintaining or protecting any of the contents within the booth all of which shall be placed at Vendor’s risk.
Outside booths do not have electricity. If you need power you must have a generator. We do not provide one.
Outside Vendors must provide their own tents , chairs and tables. We do not provide setup for outside.
Vendors are expected to be setup by 9 AM and are expected to stay the entire event.
No sales or display of obscene or offensive material in the judgment of the EVENT HOST, nor alcohol, drugs or related products will be allowed.
If asked by the EVENT HOST to address a discrepancy, Vendor agrees to work with the EVENT HOST.
Vendor staff must be appropriately dressed at all times and shall adhere to conduct appropriate to a professional setting.
The Vendors should use caution when decorating to avoid damages to the premises.
Carpets must be used to cover electrical cables or wires.
Tape is not allowed to be used to cover cables.
The Vendor is responsible for informing all helpers of the Rules and Regulations to the hall.
NO spikes can be put into the blacktop area for the parking lots.
All tents must be secured by weights, not spikes.
WE MUST HAVE AT MINIMUM OF 25 VENDORS TO HOLD EACH EVENT. IF WE DO NOT HAVE THE MINIMUM AMOUNT OF VENDORS NEEDED, WE WILL GIVE VENDOR THE OPTION TO MOVE TO ANOTHER MONTH OR TO OUR 4TH FRIDAY NIGHT MARKET. VENDORS WILL BE NOTIFED BY EMAIL THE WEDNESDAY BEFORE THE EVENT IF WE DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH VENDORS.
