Office Admin Support Role
Role Summary:
High-ownership office support role focused on organization, accuracy, and customer communication. You’ll assist with general admin duties, collection/outbound calls, filing, dispatch support, receiving/checking in parts for customer orders, and matching vendor tickets to invoices/bills to support bookkeeping and reconciliation. You’ll work using company software, correct data, and keep workflows moving fast and clean.
Must be: efficient, systematic, positive, professional, friendly on the phone, and able to juggle tasks without losing accuracy.
Key skills: attention to detail, follow-through, calm communication, computer confidence, process thinking.
Pay Range (DOE): $14-$15 / hr (options for spiffs and performance bonus after training)
