    Role Summary:
    High-ownership office support role focused on organization, accuracy, and customer communication. You’ll assist with general admin duties, collection/outbound calls, filing, dispatch support, receiving/checking in parts for customer orders, and matching vendor tickets to invoices/bills to support bookkeeping and reconciliation. You’ll work using company software, correct data, and keep workflows moving fast and clean.


    Must be: efficient, systematic, positive, professional, friendly on the phone, and able to juggle tasks without losing accuracy.

    Key skills: attention to detail, follow-through, calm communication, computer confidence, process thinking.

    Pay Range (DOE): $14-$15 / hr (options for spiffs and performance bonus after training)

  • Appliance Installer: 

    Role Summary:
    Field-based installation role delivering and installing appliances according to company policy and manufacturer requirements. This job is physical and requires safe handling of appliances using dollies/hand trucks, frequent bending/kneeling/squatting, and professional customer interaction inside homes. Experience with basic hand tools and basic appliance connections is preferred (power cords, water lines, drain hoses, etc.). Forklift certification is a plus.

    Requirements:

    Clean driving record and eligible to drive company vehicles under our insurance (25+ preferred)
    Ability to safely move appliances and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs (with or without reasonable accommodation as applicable)

    Pay Range (DOE): $14-$17 / hr (performance bonus and quarterly incentives)

  • Appliance Sales Associate:

    Role Summary:
    Retail showroom and phone-based sales role assisting customers with appliance purchases, quotes, and product research. You’ll use a computer for transactions, vendor calls, customer follow-up, and basic parts counter sales. You’ll help maintain the showroom (tags, light cleaning, floor organization) and follow pricing/policy standards to protect margin and customer satisfaction.

    Requirements:

    -Excellent communication and customer service
    -Comfortable standing/walking most of the day
    -Ability to lift/move items up to 30 lbs as needed
    -Willing to work rotating Saturdays (part day)
    -Basic retail math (margins, calculator use) and comfort following process

    Pay Range (DOE): $12-$15 / hr (options for spiffs, commissions and performance bonus after training)
