Furry Friends is a partner with Petco. We show cats and kittens in the habitat in the Petco in Green Oak Village Mall. Are you willing to have your fosters be shown at Petco if required?

Furry Friends may have special adoption events or show at another location, Are willing to participate and bring your foster to these events if required?

I understand that by submitting this form electronically, I agree to release and covenant to hold harmless FURRY FRIENDS RESCUE, INC. and it's members from any claims, damages, costs, or actions incurred because of the care or actions of the foster cat.

I accept full responsibility for the cat(s) actions at all times, and release FURRY FRIENDS RESCUE, INC. from any liabilities or damages that may be incurred because of fostering such cat(s).

I agree to have FURRY FRIENDS RESCUE, INC. complete reference call checks and conduct a home visit inspection to be able to approve my foster application.

I agree that if I'm unable to foster the cat(s) anymore that I will return the cat(s) to FURRY FRIENDS RESCUE, INC. and try to give FURRY FRIENDS RESCUE, INC. a 2 week period to try and find another suitable foster for the cat(s).

I understand that FURRY FRIENDS RESCUE, INC. will supply veterinary care for fosters under their care. I agree to take FURRY FRIENDS RESCUE, INC. foster cat(s) only to our two approved veterinary clinics at no charge to the foster. I understand that if I take my foster cat(s) to another veterinary clinic without prior Board Member approval, I am solely responsible for the charges incurred.

I agree to cooperate with FURRY FRIENDS RESCUE, INC. policies regarding placing foster cat(s) up for adoption in pet store habitats and at outreach events.
