  • There are two options for processing a payment request through PayPal:

    1. Complete the requested information below, provide the vendor's PayPal account, and upload a copy of the invoice.
    2. Send vendor The Arts Area PayPal account email address contact@theartsarea.org to submit their invoice payment request. Be sure the vendor includes the name of your organization and a description of the goods/services being purchased in the request. PayPal will send The Arts Area the invoice for payment. Complete the vendor information and payment amount for verification.

  • If you prefer to make a purchase through Amazon directly from your project acccount, rather than making the purchase through your own account and submitting a Reimbursement Request, login to The Arts Area Amazon Business account to submit your purchase request.
