Cumberland Expo 2020 - Oct. 7 - Registration Form

CUMBERLAND COUNTY BUSINESS EXPO IS NOW SET FOR WEDNESDAY, OCT. 7, 2020, 3-6 PM, AT THE NJ MOTORSPORTS PARK IN MILLVILLE.
Expo Payment and Participation Options

Payment preference, participation options including exhibitor, sponsor and/or advertiser.
1. Online registration and payment preferred but we will accept checks and cash.
  1. All registrations and payments are due by October 5 at noon to be assigned location and to get a welcome letter.
2. Exhibitor Fee - Member of a Chamber of Commerce - $200
3. Exhibitor Fee - Not a Member of a Chamber of Commerce - $300
4. Exhibitor benefits include: 12 x 12 outdoor exhibit space in a designated area of the park, opportunity to meet the public at the event and lie online during the event, recognition in expo booklet, hard copy and digital at the event and on expo website, digital contact info. list for all exhibitors, recognition live, online broadcast from the event.
5. Exhibitors must provide their own tent, table, and chairs.
6. Electric is available at a limited number of exhibit spaces. Please indicate during registration if electric is needed for lighting, signs, audio or video. No heating or cooking equipment that requires higher amounts of electricity are permitted.
7. EXPO MEDIA SPONSORS - $2,500 or more in ads and other media value; Includes exhibit space, recognition on all promotional materials, expo website, prominent logo on program (hard copy and online), 10 x 3.5 ad in program and website, included as grand prize sponsor, recognition on screens and PA at event.
8. EXPO EVENT SPONSOR - $2,000: Includes exhibit space, recognition on all promotional materials, expo website, prominent logo on program (hard copy and online), 10 x 3.5 ad in program and website, included as grand prize sponsor, recognition on screens and PA at event.
9. GRAND PRIZE SPONSORS - $700: Includes exhibit space, recognition on expo website, logo in program (hard copy and online), 4.75 x 3.5 ad in program and website, included as grand prize sponsor, recognition on screens and PA at event.
10. GIFT BAG SPONSOR - $500: Sponsor of the gift bags to be given to visitors to the expo including $500 fee and providing 300 or more bags for the event. Recognition as sponsor in the program, expo website, at the event and includes free exhibit space at the expo. Other expo exhibitors may provide promotional items for bags for a gift bag participant fee of $25. All items must be provided to the expo via Millville or Bridgeton Chamber offices one week ahead of the event.
11. GIFT BAG PARTICIPANTS - $50: Expo exhibitors may include promotional items in the expo gift bags, 300 of which will be given to visitors to the expo. Provide 300 items for the bags in advance. All sponsors and advertisers may provide items for the gift bags at no additional cost.
12. ADS FOR EXPO PROGRAM / WEBSITE - $50: Expo exhibitors may purchase ad space in the expo program and expo website.
13. Door prize contributors will be recognized at event and in program booklet and expo website.

Our focus this year is to attract more consumers to the expo in-person and online.
