1. This Giveaway is open to only Singapore citizens and Permanent Residents of Singapore.
2. Employees of The Organiser and its related corporations or of The Organiser’s partners and/or sponsors for the Contest, and their immediate family members (including spouses, children, parents, brothers and sisters) are not eligible to participate in the Contest. Winner(s) may be required to produce verification and/or sign a written statement confirming their eligibility before prize collection. Entrants may be subject to rules imposed by their institution or employer relative to their participation in trade promotions and should check with their institution or employer for any relevant policies.
3. Any entry and additional entries must be submitted during the Giveaway period.
4. Any Instagram post must be posted during the Giveaway period to be eligible for as an entry.
5. Any purchase made has to be at GEOX Singapore boutiques, excluding GEOX IMM outlet during the Giveaway period to be eligible for additional entries.
6. Each entrant may submit multiple entries, but he/she cannot win more than once.
7. Any refunds made in correspondence to the submitted purchase receipt during the Giveaway period will forfeit their chances for eligible winning entries.

1. The Organiser’s decision on the winners is final and no correspondence will be entertained. No enquiries, appeals, verbal or written, shall be entertained. The entrants shall accept and abide by any and all decisions made by the Organizer concerning, without limitation, these terms and conditions, the rules, procedures and regulations of the Giveaway, the award of prizes and any other matters relating to the Giveaway.
2. Prizes must be claimed by the prize winners in person with identity cards and original receipt(s) must be produced for verification.
3. In case of any dispute on the selection of winner(s) and/or the Prize, the Organiser reserves the right to make the final decision.
4. The Organiser reserves the right to amend, withdraw, discontinue, terminate, modify and/or replace the aforementioned Prize and/or the Terms and Conditions without prior notice at its own discretion.
5. Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received throughout the Giveaway period and will be announced on our page domain (Actual URL to be confirmed later) between September to October 2019.
6. Selected winners of the Giveaway will be notified through the contact details provided in the above form for prize redemption.
7. The Organiser shall have no liability for winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk message, or other security settings or for winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to acknowledge or claim the prize within a week (7 days) from the time the notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternative winner selected.
8. It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the Prize and the Prize supplier’s requirements.
9. Any prize bookings are subject to availability and are non-re-routable and non-refundable. Once booked and approved by the Prize supplier, any changes may incur a cancellation fee or amendment fee at the cost of the winner. 
10. Neither the Organiser nor the Prize Supplier/s or their associated companies will be held liable for any loss, damage or injury that results directly or indirectly from the Winner taking part in any aspect of the Prize. 
11. Where relevant, the Winner agrees that they take full responsibility for any activities engaged in while travelling and engaging in the Prize package and will take up appropriate travel insurance.
12. The Winner and their travelling companion are responsible for any visa requirements associated with the Prize. In the event that the Winner or their companion are unable to obtain appropriate visas, the Organizer takes no responsibility for the Prize winner’s or their companion’s inability to take the Prize.
13. Winners are responsible for all costs not expressly listed as being included in the Prize, including without limitation, meals, entertainment, other travel incidentals, gratuities, services charges, optional extras, transfers, passports, visas, re-entry permits, spending money, freights, baggage, government taxes, departure taxes, ground transportation any tax liabilities, airport charges, any applicable surcharges and any other related costs. Unless otherwise specified, travel insurance is not included in the Prize and will be the responsibility of the winner(s). Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect against the additional costs incurred in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
14. All travel will be subject to the general conditions of carriage. The Organiser and Prize Supplier make no representations as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at any destination. It is the responsibility of the Winner to enquire about local issues and conditions at destinations before travel.
15. Neither the Organiser nor the Prize supplier or their associated companies is responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for acts of god, acts of terrorism or war (declared or undeclared) or other events beyond the Organiser and the Prize supplier’s control which prevent awarding or acceptance of the Prize in accordance with the Prize description.
16. The Organiser takes no liability for any tax issues which may arise from accepting a Prize in this Competition. Consult an independent tax adviser if this is a concern. 
17. Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
18. The Organiser reserves the right, at any time in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute, withdraw, add to or alter any of the prizes offered without notice to the entrants.
19. Winners are required to take a photo(s) of their prize presentations that may be used or distributed by the Organiser for marketing purposes.

1. Any and all personal data submitted may be collected, used and/or disclosed to the Organiser for various purposes, including to communicate with the entrant for purposes related to the Giveaway, to provide goods and services to the entrant upon request, and such other purposes the Organiser may reasonably deem appropriate, or in relation to which the entrant has otherwise provided the Organiser with consent.
2. The Organiser may collect, use, disclose and share amongst themselves and their respective service providers, the entrant’s personal data, including the photographs or audio-video or other recordings of these entrants (“Material”) for publicity and/or use in advertisements across all media, including, without limitation, in the Organiser’s publications, presentations, promotional materials on their websites, in its original or edited format, and whether to promote the Giveaway or otherwise without further notification, remuneration or compensation; and
3. The copyright and all other intellectual property rights in and to all Material shall vest solely and absolutely in the Organiser without further compensation.

1. Organiser, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any entry of any person tampering with or abusing the entry process, conduct of the Giveaway or otherwise violating these Official Rules. 
2. Organiser further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Giveaway if it cannot be completed as planned because of tampering, unauthorised intervention or technical failures of any sort.
3. All entries become and remain the property of the Organiser.
4. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
