REGISTRATION FOR CAMPMEETING HAS CLOSED.

In order to sign up you MUST contact the youth staff prior to signing up.
Student Campmeeting

@ FUMCLV Campground
When: June 25th - 28th

Where: FUMCLV Campground 700 Braselton Hwy

For: All Rising 7th-Graduated 12th grade

Cost: $140

Special Details: All students who particpate on Tuesday & Friday will receive a Combo Season Pass to Six Flags & Six Flags Whitewater valid for a full year.

If you already have a season pass or can only particpate for part of the week contact the youth staff for an adjusted rate.

What: Join us as we go to the following events and join the larger church congregation for evening services at the campground!

ALL GRADES

Tuesday: SixFlags Whitewater (Need $$ for lunch)

MIDDLE SCHOOL

Wednesday: Mission Project

Thursday: Tubing in Helen ($$ for lunch)

HIGH SCHOOL

Wednesday: Tubing in Helen ($$ for lunch)

Thursday: Mission Project

ALL GRADES

Friday: Six Flags (Need $$ for lunch and dinner)

FINAL REGISTRATION DEADLINE: June 9, 2019

Deposit payment in Warehouse Cafe Drop Box.

Payment must be turned in no later than June 9, 2019

Drop off: Tuesday 8:00 am at the Campground

Pick up: Friday Aprox 8:30 pm at the Campground

ADULT CONSENT:
Student Ministry Staff and the FUMCLV Student Ministry Counselors have my consent to have my student treated for any medical situation that may occur during a student group activity in the event that I cannot be reached. I further grant permission to FUMCLV to use photographic images or video recorded footage of my student for Elevate Student Ministry promotional purposes.

I give Student Ministry Staff and the FUMCLV Student Counselors to transport my student.

I will not hold the First United Methodist Church of Lawrenceville, or the Student Ministry Staff, or the Student Ministry Volunteer Counselors liable for any accident that may occur.

I give Elevate Student Ministry Staff and Youth Counselors permission to take the following from my student: tobacco/vaping products, alcohol, weapons, fireworks, and/or illegal drugs. I agree that if my student is found with any illegal substances that they will be sent home at the parent/gaurdian's expense.
