1. A 35.00 deposit is required before your event. It covers damage and loss. Its returned if all cloths are cleanable.

2. A fee of 3.00 per table cloth is charged.

3. Each cloth is clean yet you may need to iron it before use.

4. The office will notify the person in charge and have your cloths for you the day of the event.

5. Please place used cloths in the storage bins in the Mulitpurpose Building kitchen

6. We need at least one week advance notice. A sample is available at the office.
