Recertification

If you meet all recertification criteria (all points of this form are completed), your recertification is good for two years and you will receive a new certificate by email.
If your certification is late by one month or less there is a $50 late fee. If your certification is late by more than one month there is a $100 late fee/year in addition to the recertification fee and requirements. You can also choose to return to training at a 50% discount to meet all recertificaion requirements and fees, in addition to the recertification fee.

If you do not meet all recertification requirements, you will not qualify for recertification and will not receive a new certificate. If you do not meet all requirements you can return to training at a 50% discount to meet all recertification requirements.
