The Terpene Store would love to work with you in creating a custom unique flavor for your market and customers!

Here are the Custom Flavor creation steps.

1.      Complete the Intake Form

2. Pay the inital fee for each flavor: $500

3. Our flavorists will begin work on your flavor immediately as payment is    received.

4.      Receive the initial formulation. Estimated timeframe: within 10-14 days.

5.      Revise if necessary, up to 3 revisions included in the initial fee. We require feedback after each revision and if after 3 submissions, the flavor is not meeting your expectations, we can have a reevaluation meeting to make necessary adjustments.

6. If product approval has taken place, we can provide a bigger sample up to 20 ml for your trial run batch.

7. Finalize your flavor! We guarantee 100% satisfaction!

Initial fee will be credited back to you if your order exceeds 500 grams in a year. Additional fees and restrictions may be required if you need testing.
