All advance orders must be received 7 days prior to event date. Orders received during set-up or move in times are on a C.O.D. basis only and are subject to a 25% late fee. All payments must be received prior to show opening. Invoices will be sent approximately 2 weeks prior to the event and will include a link to pay online via credit card. Invoice will be your confirmation that we have received your order. If you have sent an order but have not received an invoice please contact us directly. Please respect your fellow vendors and do not remove equipment from other booths without permission.
