Our pony ride experience includes:

• Transportation of ponies to and from your event

• Professional handler(s) walking each child

• Safety helmets (if requested)

• Brushing and prep prior to arrival

• Clean setup area with cones or designated ride space

• Full supervision for the duration of the event

• Licensed & insured mobile animal service

• Animal care, feed, grooming, and conditioning

Each pony requires:

• Dedicated staff handler

• Proper rest rotation

• Liability insurance coverage

• Pre-event grooming and preparation

• Post-event care and transport

Our mobile petting zoo is a fully supervised, professionally operated farm experience brought directly to your event.

Each booking includes:

• Transportation of animals to and from your event

• Clean fencing / enclosure setup

• Professional animal attendants on-site

• Hand-sanitizer station for guests

• Pre-event grooming and preparation

• Full supervision of all animal interactions

• Licensed & insured mobile animal service

• Proper feeding, hydration, and post-event animal care

We carefully rotate and condition our animals to ensure their health, safety, and comfort at every event.

Any Special Request? Theme of party ( Such as My little Pony, Carnival, farm etc)? if we do not have supplies to match your theme you can always provide decorations and we can incorporate it into the ponies gear:) don’t put dress pony as a unicorn theme unless you’ve selected the unicorn above- it is a different price shown in this form above for pony to be a unicorn.

Flat fee for mileage to your event ( within 30 miles round trip) Travel & Site Requirements Events within 30 miles round-trip are subject to a flat $20 travel fee.Events exceeding 30 miles round-trip are subject to an additional $0.70 per mile.Client must ensure event location is safely accessible by truck and trailer. Company is not responsible for inability to access unsafe or unsuitable roads.

Gas charge $20 per event
Early setup time : If this event is for a large event such as fair, festival, church, schools, daycare, hospitals, wedding, camp , etc are requiring early set up ( more than 15 minutes early for event) you must add on the $50 fee for us to provide extra handlers and/ or early arrival ( 30 minutes prior) for setup and tear down. If you need us even earlier you need to discuss fee with us for that.

Availability & Priority of BookingClient understands that availability is granted on a first-paid, first-served basis.Verbal discussions, email correspondence, or prior availability confirmations do not reserve a date or time.Only a completed submission with successful deposit payment secures the requested event date and time.If another client secures the same date and time by completing payment first, Company has no obligation to honor unpaid or incomplete submissions.In the rare event deposit payment is processed for a date that has just been secured by another client, Company’s sole liability shall be limited to refunding the deposit.Binding Agreement & Payment TermsBy submitting this form and completing deposit payment, Client enters into a legally binding agreement to purchase the selected services at the total amount displayed within this form.Upon acceptance of deposit, Company reserves animals, staff, equipment, and may decline other potential bookings for the event date.The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.Because Company commits resources and declines other bookings, if Client cancels for any reason after deposit has been processed, Client remains responsible for the full contracted balance as liquidated damages for lost booking opportunity.Remaining balance will be automatically charged to the payment method on file no later than one (1) day prior to the event date.Client expressly authorizes Company to charge any unpaid balance to the payment method provided.If payment is declined, Client must provide alternative payment within twenty-four (24) hours. Failure to do so does not relieve Client of financial responsibility under this agreement.By typing my name and submitting this form, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to all terms outlined above and accept full financial responsibility for the services booked.
Deposit & Payment TermsA non-refundable deposit of $100 is required for birthday and small events. Schools, churches, daycares, and large events require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the date.Deposit is applied toward the total contracted amount.Dates are secured only upon successful deposit payment.Remaining balance will be automatically charged to the payment method on file no later than one (1) day prior to the event date unless alternative payment is arranged in advance.Client authorizes Company to retain payment information on file and charge any unpaid balance in accordance with this agreement.A convenience fee/surcharge may be added to cover credit card processing costs. This fee is displayed prior to checkout and is not included in base pricing. Client may pay remaining balance via Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, or cash prior to event to avoid card processing fees.A mandatory service fee of $20 per handler for the first hour and $10 per additional hour supports our event staff. This fee may be paid directly to handlers or charged to the card on file. Gratuity for exceptional service is optional.Cancellation & Financial ResponsibilityAll deposits are non-refundable.Because Company reserves animals, staff, and equipment and declines other bookings upon acceptance of deposit, cancellation by Client for any reason does not relieve Client of responsibility for the full contracted amount.Specialty Animal Clause if a specific specialty animal or pony becomes unavailable due to illness, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, Company reserves the right to provide a comparable substitute animal or extend event time. This shall satisfy Company’s obligations under this agreement.
