Any Special Request? Theme of party ( Such as My little Pony, Carnival, farm etc)? if we do not have supplies to match your theme you can always provide decorations and we can incorporate it into the ponies gear:) don’t put dress pony as a unicorn theme unless you’ve selected the unicorn above- it is a different price shown in this form above for pony to be a unicorn.

Do you need us to bring a shade/ tent for the time the animals are there for $25 more? Shade is required for summer months only ( May-September) . This fee covers the wear and tear of our tent and extra time to set it up and tear it down.

Flat fee for mileage to your event ( within 30 miles round trip)

Gas charge $20 per event
Early setup time : If this event is for a large event such as fair, festival, church, wedding, camp , etc are requiring early set up ( more than 15 minutes early for event) you must add on the $50 fee for us to provide extra handlers and/ or early arrival ( 30 minutes prior) for setup and tear down. If you need us even earlier you need to discuss fee with us for that.

Deposit to Retain your event date 1)$100.00 Deposit/Date Retainer is required for birthday type events. Schools churches day cares large events a 50 percent is required to hold your spot. 2)The Deposit is DEDUCTED from your total quote. This is non refundable. Balance is due prior to date of your event and will be charged your card prior to event. A card hold will be placed on the credit card provided to secure the balance due for the event. The hold will remain until the final payment is settled as per the agreed schedule. 3)We will text you with your remaining balance after receiving this reservation. 4. A Convenience fee/surcharge is added to cover card processing charge. Pricing quoted for event does not include this fee in the price. You may pay balance with Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, or Cash app to avoid the credit card fee fees 5. A service fee of $20 per handler for the first hour and $10 per additional hour supports our dedicated team. Pay directly via cash, Venmo, or Zelle, Cash app or PayPal or it will be charged to your card. The service fee supports our handlers, but feel free to tip for extraordinary care 6. If a specialty animal or pony(s) can not work your event due to unforeseen circumstances you will be given additional time or substitute animal for your event to substitute the animal that you booked and paid for. 7. Flat fee for mileage to your event (within 30 miles round trip). Is $20. For events beyond 30 miles, an additional fee of $.70 per mile (round-trip) applies. Please ensure that the route to your event location includes well-maintained, vehicle-accessible roads suitable for standard or specialized vehicles (e.g., horse trailers). Unpaved or poorly maintained roads may prevent us from safely reaching your event.

I understand that this submission does not guarantee my reservation has been made. It is used for the Pony Event company to review my request for date and time. We will reach out to you to confirm if the date and time you would like is available and at that time send you a secure invoice for the $100.00 deposit for birthdays and small events and 50 percent for large events to secure the time and spot we have agreed upon with you. Once invoice is sent you must pay it ASAP to secure your spot. Once deposit is made your event is booked. The deposit is non refundable. A Cancellation forfeits your deposit/payment and is non-refundable. Because we have to turn away other potential clients we have a No Cancellation Policy. If you cancel your event, full remaining balance / payment is due immediately at time of cancellation. Payment for event is due via credit card charged at minimum the day prior to date of event. By typing my name and signing I agree to all terms and will pay for the services booked as per policies outlined above. .
