    This form facilitates additions to locations that appear on more than one of the other map layers. It does not facilitate adding LEED Certification or sustainEvanston locations: we get their information straight from the validating organizations.

  • Note that we will review suggestions periodically and implement those that pass muster. Factors include whether we can verify the information, and whether it merits inclusion. Some decisions will be clear, as when there are 3rd party validators, and others may be close judgement calls.

Key factors in honoring the request is to confirm that the information on the map is accurate, that person making the request is doing so in the interest of information accuracy, and the location owner or  representative is aware of the change and doesn't dispute the reason for the removal.
