EXHIBITOR CONDITIONS
Exhibitors will receive a time for set up no later than 3 weeks prior to event. Exhibitors are responsible for their own set and equipment.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Statement of Policy: All exhibitors are equal regardless of size and should be given equal opportunity, within reason, to present their product or service inthe most effective manner to the audience. We ask you to be a “good neighbor” and to remember we want you to be successful.
2. Agreement for exhibitor space: Agreements by exhibitors shall be made on the official agreement form only. Exhibitor Management (known as T.E.A.M) will promptly accept or reject each agreement received and will furnish additional information to each exhibitor whose agreement has been accepted. Management reserves the right to rearrange or renumber the floor plan and relocate any exhibitor if it appears necessary for the good of all exhibitors.
3. Rental: All prices are outlined in the exhibitor agreement. Payment made constitutes agreement of these terms. Such payment along with date of agreement will be used for determination of exhibitor table selection.
4. Exhibitor table Space Occupancy: Exhibitor table space fees cover the rental of space only. An exhibitor table structure may not be included. Signs and a back wall/display are the responsibility of the exhibitor. No exhibitor will be permitted to be placed in the exhibitor space until full payment has been made.
5. Restrictions In Operating of Exhibitors:
(a) Noise-Making Devices: Exhibitors which include the operation of instruments, radios, taking motion pictures, public address systems, or any noise-making machines must be conducted or arranged so that the noise resulting from the demonstration will not annoy or disturb adjacent exhibitors or event patrons.
(b) Care of Building and Equipment: Exhibitors or their agents shall not injure or deface the walls of the building, the exhibitors tables, or the equipment of the exhibitors tables. Exhibitors are forbidden to drive tacks, nails or screws into the walls or woodwork. When such damage appears, the exhibitor is liable to the owner of the property so damaged.
(b-1) Maintenance of Exhibitor table Space: Exhibitor shall keep their exhibitor table space clean and orderly at all times, and shall not engage in activity which would unduly interfere with visitors or other exhibitors, or would be in violation of law, regulation or ordinances.
(c) Exhibitor table: The exhibitor agrees to produce his exhibitor in dignified taste and in keeping with the reputation and image of the event and to provide staff to be present in the exhibitor table during show hours. Exhibitor agrees to dismantle exhibitor table only after the close of the show.
(d) Enforcement: The exhibitor agrees to comply strictly with applicable terms and conditions contained in the agreements between the Landlord, the Producer, and Management regarding the event premises. Management reserves the right to restrict exhibitors, which because of noise, method of operation, materials or any other reason, become objectionable and also to prohibit or evict any exhibitor which in the opinion of Management may detract from the general character of the expo as a whole. This reservation includes persons, things, conduct, language, printed matter, or anything of a character which Management determines is objectionable to the exhibitor or does not conform to the standards of the event. In the event of such restriction or eviction, Management is not liable for any refund or other exhibitor expenses.
(e) Sales: Exhbitors may sell merchandise from their exhibitor table. Exhibitor is responsible for collecting applicable sales tax on all purchases. Distribution of free samples and advertising materials shall only be allowed from the exhibitors table space.
Liability: Management, Sponsors, Landlord, Exhibitor Service, and their officers and staff members disclaim all liability for damages or losses caused to or by any exhibitor by fire, water, flood, windstorm, utility failures, rodents, acts of vandalism, insurrection, civil disorders, strikes, criminal acts, theft. Management will not be responsible for any failure of electric or other services. Exhibitor wishing to insure their goods must do so at their own expense.
7. Exhibitors are liable for any damage to floors, walls or columns of the exhibitor building. No cement or paste is to be used for fastening floor covering.
8. Cancellation: Management reserves the right to cancel the event without notice if it is deemed necessary by Management. If the event is cancelled, the exhibitor's table fees that have been paid in advance to Management will be refundable in full, but Management will not be liable for any expenses or lost profits.
9. No guarantee of Attendance: Producer of the event does not guarantee specific volumes or levels of attendance at the event.
Exhibitor shall not be entitled to any refund, in full or in part, of any amounts paid based on actual attendance.

11. Attorney’s Fees and Costs: In the event of the use of an attorney by the Producer to enforce any part of this Agreement, all costs, including reasonable attorney’s fees will be paid by the exhibitor.
