Cancellation Policy
Filling out this form does not guarantee an appointment. Once an appointment is requested a credit card will need to be placed onfile to reserve the appointment.
48 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment and avoid cancellation fees.
There is a 25% cancellation fee incurred for last minute cancellations/reschedule requests with less than 48 hours notice prior to the scheduled appointment time.
A 50% cancellation fee applies to appointments cancelled/rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
There is a 100% No Show Fee for any appointments that are cancelled same day or that are missed without notice.
Invoices for cancellation fees must be paid in order to reserve future appointments. Credit card onfile will be charged for cancellation fees.
Covid-19 Policy
If you have travelled outside of the U.S.A., are experiencing any Covid-19 symptoms, have been exposed to anyone experincing Covid-19 symptoms, or have recieved any Covid-19 vaccines within 7days of your appointment, you must wait 10days before coming in for your appointment. We are following current Local Covid-19 Guidlines.
Please respect each others privacy by not discussing vaccines or politics.
Children, pets and extra people are not allowed in the salon.
Refund Policy:
There are no refunds, all sales are final. Some transformations require multiple sessions to achieve which will be communicated at the time of booking.
