    • Completing this application is a step in the process to acquiring a puppy from Tsarevich Cavaliers, but it does not guarantee I'll get a puppy from this or any future litter. While it's unlikely, the breeder reserves the right to refuse any placement at any time.

APPROVAL AND DEPOSIT: I will review applications within 2-5 business days of receiving it. Applications are processed in the order they are received. If your home is a good fit, I'll notify you. We breed infrequently, so we do not build a long waiting list. In order to considered on our waitlist, a deposit contract must be signed and a deposit be placed. A deposit ensures a breeder of serious intentions to commit to a puppy. If you choose to opt out then please speak to me, the breeder.

YOUR PICK OF PUPPY: Puppies will be assigned in the deposit order by the first or second preference of the depositor as indicated on the application. If neither of your choices are available, you may elect another puppy from the litter or transfer your deposit to another litter. Although deposits can be placed after a pregnancy is confirmed, the pick will happen at around 5-6 weeks of the puppy's life and in the order the deposits were placed. We ask that you make a choice within 24 hours of notification since there may be other families waiting for a chance to choose. You should review both the deposit policies and pick of litter policies on our website for any updates.

GOING HOME: I reccomend that puppies go to their new homes at 10-14 weeks of age. If you need more time until pickup, please let me know and we can make a plan.

CONTRACT: We have a contract and will not place a puppy without a signed contract. We believe it's the professional thing to do to memorialize our obligations to each other on paper so there are no questions later. If you have questions about specific terms, you need to contact us prior to picking up your puppy.

SPAY/NEUTER: We require spay/neuter after 18-24 months of age until after the dog is fully developed.

REGISTRATION PAPERS: Our excellent family companions come with AKC registration upon the proof of spay/neuter.
