Please be aware that each actor needs a room to themself for the duration of their stay, with a proper bed (not a sofa-bed or air-bed). The actors work very hard and need personal space during their down-time and a good night's sleep, so please bear this in mind when finding hosts.
Please make sure the hosts are also expecting to provide the team with breakfast, dinner, and where possible, lunch (or the ability to make a packed one!).
The accomodation required is for two men and one woman- each are individuals (no married couples).
You can find a helpful document with hosting guidlines on it here.
The team have some dietary requirements which will be sent in advance. As time goes on in the tour, we find that the team get tired of junk food (bear in mind that takeaway might be an easy treat, but the team may well have had many previous hosts treating them too, so if you can make their meals varied, balanced, and healthy, they will be happy actors!).
