We offer Marriage Mentoring for MARRIED COUPLES ONLY who attend Calvary Chapel Chino Valley.
Please complete this form if you are married and are interested in being mentored at CCCV. Once your request form is processed and you are matched with a mentor couple, you will be emailed a link to pay $50 which covers the Dare to be Different materials and survey.
You will be meeting in the mentor couple's home for this 10 week commitment. Childcare is not provided so we ask that you'll be able to arrange for a sitter, if you have children.
