SignatureBy signing this waiver I recognize this form as an agreed upon contract with JustLux Services at the time of services rendered. Clients signature is an acknowledgment of the rules and regulations provided by JustLux Services. Client agrees to scheduling the service(s) chosen from JustLux Services. Upon entering the home, client agrees that JustLux Services Cleaners have the ability to take before and after pictures of all areas cleaned to be rightfully documented within the company. Client acknowledges to pay JustLux Services the full amount of payment upon completion of services, by signing the form, the client agrees to any late fees stipulated by JustLux Services if invoice is not paid timely. Cancellation/Rescheduling: We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled service. Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $25 fee. No-Show: If our cleaning team arrives at the scheduled location and is unable to access the premises or the appointment is missed for any reason, a $25 no-show fee per cleaner will be charged to the card on file. Signature authorizes Justlux Services to charge card on file after 2 weeks of non payment. Clients signature serves as an understanding that client has 24 hours from end of cleaning to report any discrepancies from the cleaning. JustLux Services has also agreed to return to the home to fix any discrepancies or provide any future discounted offers for any cleaning discrepancies reported within 24 hours from the end of the original scheduled cleaning. Client understands that any discrepancies reported outside the 24 hour timeframe are subject to denial by JustLux Services. Client agrees to neither directly or indirectly solicit any employee of the company for the benefit of a third party, or personal gain, that is engaged in a similar business of the company.
