THIS IS IMPORTANT
IF YOU ARE USING A PHONE
Figure out where the camera is on your phone,
and look at the camera...not at your image
and
Make sure your phone is sideways (landscape view)
THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT
Make sure you are far enough from the phone or camcorder,
so that there is a little room over your head
and you can see your most of torso
(Step 2a)
SERIOUSLY
Don't get too close to the phone or camcorder
so that your head fills the screen
(Step 3)

Introduce yourself as follows:
"Hello...I'm 'Jane Doe'...Welcome to my office"
"My Clinical Note is about..."
(Step 4)
Present your Clinical Notes

Say "Take 2 (or 3 or 25)"
