All web content, including videos, must be approved by Institutional Web Management. Web Management will also review the finished video before it can be posted.
Your video can not contain copyrighted or trademarked material. If your video contains audio, music, video footage or images you did not create, you must be able to provide express written permission from the owner/copyright holder, per YouTube's terms of service agreement.
Images
Downloading an image from sources such as Google Images does not give you the copyright to use that image in your video production. With that in mind, there are several sources of copyright-free images. All licensing agreements on photos should be followed. You may be required to provide proof of legal use of photos.

Music
Purchasing a digital download of a song does not give you the copyright to use this song in your own video production. With that in mind, Youtube hosts a free audio library with copyright and royalty free music that can be downloaded and used in Youtube videos.
