WE WISH TO SUPPORT ARTISTS!

A coalition of people and partners wish to design a series of events to support working artists of all kinds living and/or working on the South Side of Chicago. Please help us focus our efforts by filling out this survey* by Monday, July 14th. The information you provide will help us to define current artist needs, and design events. Your participation will also help us insure we have a wide range of artists from many backgrounds. Once submitted, you will have a chance to win a three month Polsky Center membership or a Hyde Park Art Center membership. Thank you!
