Reason for hold*
To ensure adequate time for processing, Hold Form must be completed and signed at least 5 days before billing date. Hold forms received after the deadline will be processed the following billing cycle, and the client's account will be charged on the next billing date as usual.

Monthly fee for hold is $20. While account is on hold, client may purchase Drop-In classes at discounted rate of $25 per class
