  • Please submit this form at least two weeks prior to your event date.

    Before completing your request, we encourage you to review our Facility Calendar to check room availability: https://theartsfederation.org/facilitiescalendar/

    Please note that your reservation is NOT CONFIRMED until you receive an email confirmation from our staff. Due to the high volume of requests, there may be other reservations that conflict with your selected date or time.

    *Kindly note that from September through April, the Art Studio and Dance Studio are reserved for our After School Arts Program from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM.

  • By submitting this form, I acknowledge that me and/or my member organization shall be liable for claims, damages, or losses arising from the use of the facilities. Each TAF member and each member of TAF member organizations shall release and hold harmless the The Arts Federation and all staff and members of its Board of Directors from such claims, damages, or losses.

    The member or organization will leave the room(s) used clean and in their original condition and may be charged $25/hour for cleaning with a 1 hour minimum.

    As an Individual Artist Member or a representative of a Member Organization, I agree to be responsible for and pay for the repair of any damages incurred while these room(s) and accompanying equipment are checked out to myself or my organization. I understand that TAF will arrange for the repair and invoice me or my organization for the cost of repair.
