Events whether a birthday, prom, quinceanera, graduation or Corporate are special moments. We offer packages, Basic and All Inclusive to help you choose how you want to invest in those once in a life time moments.

The basic package is for the client that needs photography that isn't hard on the pocketbook. These are hi res photo that can be used for your personal virtual or hardcopy scrapbook. They can readily be shared on your favorite social media sites like Facebook or Instagram. Most clients have Family and friends share the cost by purchasing, downloading and sharing their favorites photographs.

The All Inclusive package is for clients that wants the entire portofolio of photographs. A two hour event usually produces 70-120 photographs. For this investment the client recieves every special moment without limits. Family and friends can download the entire portfolio at no cost.

*Prints from  Bay Photo are availiable online for home delivery for a nominal charge.

We use a professional grade dye sublimation photo printer capable of printing 4x6 inch photos in only 12 seconds!

With onsite printing you can add that special touch to your event. Printed images make for lasting memories that your guest will soon not forget.

All images from your event will be loaded to our secure online website within 3-5 business days.

Choose from black, white and silver backgrounds.

This service is in addition to the charge of $75 per hour for basic  Event Photography.

*Photographer charges additional fee for the Fort Worth Botantic Garden or the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Gardens or venues that charge a fee for photography or entry. Fee inclusive of all taxes.

Photographer charges an additional fee for events outside of Tarrant County.
