READ HERE FIRST! SNIP is designed to provide spay & neuter services to lower income families in Escambia and Santa Rosa County, Florida. SNIP services are available to bully breeds and other large breed dogs, owned cats, and FRIENDLY community cats. All community cats will be ear tipped.
**This is not a TNR program and feral cats taken to our partner vet will not be covered under the SNIP program. If our vet determines that a cat is in fact feral, you will be responsible for the full cost of the alter. Likewise, this service is not availble to rescue organizations or the fosters that fall under their umbrella.**
In order to receive SNIP benefits you must provide proof that you have a COMBINED HOUSEHOLD INCOME of $25,000 or less and proof of residency in Escambia or Santa Rosa county. The following must be provided as proof of eligibility:

You must also provide a valid driver's license or ID.
Only two animals are allowed per application and only one application is allowed at a time. You may reapply for additional animals once your initial two are done. INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL BE DENIED and you will have to reapply.
You will receive an email to let you know if you've been approved or denied and the next step to take. Approved applicants will be responsible for a $25 copay per animal.
