Payment and Cancellation Policy:
Full payment includes 8 nights at the Wailea Inn, a private estate, dinner on the night of your arrival, 2 organic and locally prepared meals a day for the duration of the retreat (except for Wednesady -our day off) as well as a breakfast on the day of departure, 2 yoga classes a day, and all taxes and fees.
The prices do not include airfare, transportation, massage and spa treatments, or surfing and water sports lessons and rentals.
To reserve your space a $500 non-refundable deposit is required. Full payment is due by January 1, 2020. Payments toward the retreat are non-refundable, so please make sure that these dates will fit into your schedule.
Insurance and Liability:
Because taking any trip can incur delays and changes, I highly recommed purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment and yourself. Travel Secure has been highly recommended to me. Their information is: www.travelsecure.com or 800.873.9855
Waiver:
I understand this contract and agree to release Christy Linson and Aligned Flow LLC from any responsibility of loss, damage, or injury that may occur on this trip. I agree to assume all risks associated with this trip including costs resulting from travel delays, damage to myself and/or my property, or any incidents occuring out of the control of Christy Linson or Aligned Flow LLC. I agree that I have been given the suggestion and opportunity to purchase travel insurance to protect my investment.
