Enrolment terms and conditions
1. By accepting these terms, participants acknowledge their commitment to the event fee (including GST) for their chosen event upon enrollment.
2. Full payment of fees or the initial installment of standard payment plans is required upon enrollment to secure your place at the event.
3. The InteMind Institute reserves the right to carefully evaluate each enrollment application.
4. All event fees are non-refundable, reflecting our dedication to ensuring a high-quality experience for all attendees.
5. While some of our events and courses are independently accredited, they do not lead to Australian government-accredited Higher Education Awards.
6. Our events welcome individuals of all backgrounds and ages, although they are typically designed with adults in mind. Exceptions for younger participants may be considered under specific circumstances.
7. In exceptional circumstances such as personal crises or health issues, participants may request deferral of their event attendance, subject to approval and contractual obligations.
8. Upon approval of your enrolment, you will receive a welcome email with detailed event information within 1-5 business days.
9. Should your enrollment application be declined, a full refund of any payment made will be promptly provided.
10. Event fees are denoted in Australian Dollars and are current as of 01/01/2026, subject to potential adjustments without prior notice.
11. All event-related assessments (if applicable) must be submitted electronically, ensuring a seamless and efficient learning process for all participants.
12. We kindly ask participants to honor the designated schedule for event attendance, showing consideration for the time of fellow participants and event organisers.
13. We respectfully ask participants to refrain from providing coaching or guidance to fellow attendees without prior permission. This fosters an environment of mutual respect and support for everyone involved.
14. While refunds are not available for event fees, cancellations with at least 30 days' notice allow for credit transfer to another InteMind event within 12 months (if applicable). Cancellations made within 30 days result in forfeiture of payment.
15. Intemind Institute maintains a supportive and respectful environment for all attendees. Any behaviour contrary to this ethos may result in expulsion, with outstanding fees still applicable.
16. This event is unsuitable for people diagnosed with a mental health disorder as some activities may cause emotional triggers. In agreeing to these terms and conditions, you are stating that you are not aware of any mental health disorders and that you are not currently receiving treatment for a mental health disorder.
17. By enrolling in the event, participants consent to the capturing of images and photographs by InteMind and its representatives for promotional and documentation purposes, enhancing the overall event experience. If you do not wish for this to happen, please notify the even organisers at the arrival of the event.
18. While all care and due diligence are taken, please be advised that in the unlikely event that any harm or injury is caused by the practical application of any information or instruction supplied, the InteMind Instutute, their employees and representatives can accept no liability.
