GypsyMoon Marketplace is a unique celebration featuring artisans, makers, collectors, and businesses from far & wide. Since 2015, we have hosted GypsyMoon Marketplace on our family farm. It such a passion of ours to provide our shoppers with an assortment of beautiful and unique items.
Most importantly, at GypsyMoon Marketplace, guests will not only have the opportunity to shop the finest of handcrafted designs, vintage/antique/repurposed pieces, art, clothing and more but they will be blown away by our vendor's one-of-a-kind visual displays in our authentic horse stables.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Leather Goods, Soaps, Home Decor, Antique, Vintage, Handmade, Clothing, Gift Items, Food, Repurposed, Furniture.
We limit vendors per category which allows our vendors to be as successful as possible. As much as we support direct sales or independent consultants, we do not accept or allow them into GypsyMoon Marketplace.
(Examples: LulaRoe, Young Living, Mary Kay, etc.)
CREATIVE DISPLAYS
At GypsyMoon Marketplace, we highly encourage our accepted vendors to decorate their spaces with unique and creative displays. Majority of our inside spaces are located inside of authentic horse stables. If you are accepted, please be creative with your space.
Below you will need to upload at least 4 photos. Please show us as much merchandise as you can in each photo and NOT just one piece in each photo. Give us a sense of your style and display abilities by arranging your merchandise before snapping the photo!
INVENTORY
Vendors MUST stay for entire event as well as have enough inventory for the entire event. We do not allow you to only offer pre-order items. No Exceptions.
SHOW US WHAT YOU'VE GOT
Booth styling showcases your merchandise in creative ways to encourage sales and draw shoppers to your booth. This is not a flea market or yard sale and booths should reflect that. Your photos should be a direct representation of the types of items you would be selling at GypsyMoon Marketplace. As part of the application process we will be looking at your social media pages, but require you upload 4 photos of previous booth space setups and examples of your work.
SELECTION PROCESS
GypsyMoon Marketplace is a juried event. Once applications close, a selection committee will go through your photos and place their votes. The top votes in each category are accepted into the show.
Each Maker and Vendor must go through the entire selection process and be approved. (Example: If you are approved for bringing home decor and you plan to bring in a jewelry vendor, the jewlery vendor must fill out the application, and be approved and accepted in order to participate with you in your booth.)
Applications will close June 16th. You will be notified within 2 weeks after applications are closed if we feel you are a good fit for our show. Please check your email and spam folders, just in case.
MARKETING
We at GypsyMoon have a large, loyal customer base. In addition to social media, we advertise on radio, TV, in print, and on billboards. We also make appearances on local morning and afternoon TV shows.
VENDOR SPACES AND PLACEMENT
Once you are accepted, placements are chosen by the juried committee and you will be notified of your placement as we get closer to the show.
1). Indoor Spaces: {Cost $300}
Spaces are either 12x14, 10x12, 12x8
Electricity: All indoor stall spaces will only have 450 watts maximum. Vendors located outside of a stall will not have access to electricity.
2). Outdoor Mobile Vendors, Tents, & Food: {Cost $300}
Please state trailer size, whether you work out of the back or side, and the electrical needs in the additional comments area.
We recommend having a trailer, if applying to be an outdoor vendor. Limited outdoor spaces available.
