TERMS & CONDITIONS

No water sports are allowed under the influence of alcohol. By signing this document, you confirm you have not had any alcohol today (no matter amount thereof) and that you are safe to paddle.
All water sports are undertaken strictly at the users own risk and no claims can be made against RIVA Beach Cub, IGNITE water sports or any of its partners or affiliates. By signing this document you confirm this understanding.
The minimum requirement is to be able to swim. If you cannot swim, you are not allowed to do water sports.
If you have not purchased a RIVA Day Pass you can avail the water sports services, however it is not allowed to use the RIVA Beach Club facilities (beach, pool, day-beds, sun-loungers and shower facilities) unless purchasing an access pass for the day (Passes are subject to availability on the day, purchased from RIVA Beach Club reception). Food and beverage is available for purchase by everyone.
Water sports users must stay within the zone designated by the instructor.
Absolutely no watersports are allowed in the roped off swimming area.
Children under 5 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
All watersport users must wear a life jacket while on the water.
I and my others give free permission for the free use of our names, voices, videos or pictures in any broadcast, telecast, advertising promotion of IGNITE water sports or IGNITE group in their or other account
All Dubai Maritime City Authority COVID-19 precationary measures to be adhered too.
Items damaged or lost due to the negligence of the user, shall be reimbursed. List of cost is available at the rental outlet.
