Thank you for your interest in being a BALL OUT grant recipient! Recipients of the BALL OUT grant are gifted Perfect Soccer Balls requested free of charge thanks to our donors. Pick up of your Perfect Soccer Balls from our Fresno CA location is also free of charge. If you are unable to pick up from our physical location we can have your balls shipped to your location of choice. (You or your club will need to cover these shipping costs. If shipping costs are an issue we'll work with you to find a donor to help cover your shipping) Please complete all requested information below so our team can quickly assess and approve your grant request.
