APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

Please read Chapter 21, Temporary Uses, of the Lehi City Development Code before submitting an application. An application for a Temporary Use Permit shall be made to the Zoning Administrator at least 10 days prior to the date of the requested use.

Please provide a written description of the proposed use including the requested length of permit and hours of operation.

Please provide a description of the lot or property on which the requested use is to be conducted. If the applicant is not the owner of the property, the ownership shall be identified along with the evidence of permission of the owner for such temporary use to take place.

Upload a site plan of the proposed area where the Temporary Use is to be conducted which includes a vicinity map and sufficient informaiton to determine the yard requirements, sanitary facilities and availability of parking ot serve the use.

I also acknowledge that I have reviewed the applicable sections of the Lehi City Development Code and that items and checklists contained in this application are basic and minimum requirements only and that other rquirements may be imposed that are unique to individual projects or uses. I also agree to allow the Staff, Planning Commission, or City Council or appointed agents of the City to enter the subject proprty to make necessary inspections thereof.

This application process (fire inspection, sales tax, payment) must be completed in 30 days. The fee for a Temporary Use Business License is $60.00.

Your application will be reviewed by the Planning Department. Most businesses require a fire inspection. If one is required for your application the Fire Marshall will contact you to schedule a Fire Inspection. Or you can reach out to schedule at kebeck@lehi-ut.gov.

Once everything is finalized, you will be contacted to pay the appropriate fees. A Lehi City Business License is valid for one year.
