Hereโs some info! So the 30 day challenge is essentially 30 days of sticking to healthy habits. It is a nutrition based challenge! When you register, we provide a 30 day workout guide with purchase of Arbonne's 30 day nutrition pack (everything is certified vegan, gluten free, dairy free, soy free, nut free, cruelty free!).
The nutrition package comes with: 2 packs of protein, 2 boxes of energy fizz, a fiber boost supplement, digestion probiotic, greens balance powder, 2 boxes of herbal tea, and a lemon-ginger body cleanse! I will provide guidance for how/when to use all of it, dont worry!! Essentially, it covers two meals a day (in the form of protein staked meals using the supplements above (protein shakes, protein waffles, protein pancakes, protein oats, etc) that i will prvovide different recipes each day for to make sure they stay fun and yummy and interesting) and leaves place for one meal of your choice (we provide meal plans/recipes) that fits the guidelines & any healthy snacks that fits the guidelines!
All who enter the challenge will have access to me personally, for checkins, as well as join a fun group for advice and tips and struggles, etc! Oh and everything is all natural, certified vegan, plant-based, and soy/gluten/dairy free!
