( Kelly's Story Coming Soon)
TSNW depends on generous contributions and fund-raising. And we do it in a challenging way.
This year, I will be part of the team hiking to the top of Mount Adams. The summit is at 12,281 ft and we will be hiking and camping on glaciers for much of the route. (yes, I will be braving the cold. And probably carrying way too many layers of warm clothes and sleeping gear!!).
It will be physically and mentally demanding, and I am spending my spare time over the next several months getting ready for it.
Each participant is committed to raising $2,500 for Team Survivor NW. $800 funds the climb itself, the rest goes to Team Survivor’s mission to help women cancer survivors regain their active lives.
And that’s where you come in.
If you can, please support Team Survivor NW with a financial contribution to my hike. Any amount helps and is greatly appreciated.
I’ll include your name – or an ‘in honor of ‘ - on a Tibetian prayer flag we’ll be flying at our camping spot.
