You are here because you have finished 10 or more parks and you want to win some prizes! Please fill out the form below, so I am able to contact you if you have won. If you have any issues and/or questions please email ehuiatt@desmoinesparent.com.

Please note! There are 35 parks listed this year. You only need to visit 30 to be entered for the grand prize. 

Please review the rules below:

1. Visit a park on the Central Iowa Trek the Parks list and submit our photo via this form OR (for extra entries) post a photo of you at the park using the hashtag #DSMOFTrektheParks23 on Facebook or Instagram. 
2. If you visit and submit a photo for 30 parks you will be entered to win the grand prize.
3. If you visit and submit a photo for at least 10 parks you will be entered to win a prize.
4. All winners will be randomly chosen and finalized by August 27, 2023. We will post the winning list on this page and email you how to claim your prize at that time.
5. NOTE: Please make sure all social media platforms are set as public, not private, so we are able to see your photos and hashtags if you choose to enter extra entries.
