Booking, Payment, And Cancellations
To confirm your reservation, a completed contract and 50% non refundable reservation fee is required. Appointments will not be held until both deposit and contract are received by AR(t) Hair Designs.
Reservation fee will be 50% of expected service total, is non refundable and will not be reimbursed if booking is cancelled. The amount will be credited towards your total at final payment.
Final payment for services is due one week prior to the event and will include any expected travel fees, mileage, parking, valet, and/or toll fees (if applicable).
The Bride (or previously accepted contact person) will be responsible for final balance and payments will not be split.
Acceptable forms of payment are cash or credit card.
If reservations must be cancelled, a 30 day notice is required and reservation fee will be forfeited. If 30 day notice is not given, you will be responsible for the remaining payment agreed upon in this contract.
