Working as a partner at a large multi-national company has seen first hand how corporate work culture brings along mental stress, anxiety, depression, lack of attention, etc., and how it affects not just an individual but people around him and society as a whole. It is paramount for us to start focusing on our inner self instead of looking for external measurements and enablers to make our lives better.
Our body has a huge potential we need to explore, and breath is the most basic function we never focus on. Can we live without food, water, sleep but without Breathing? Breath is not just about breathing Oxygen and exhaling Co2; we also breathe cosmic energy. Breath meditation is a simple and effective way to recoup and store cosmic energy that can help us reverse and stop stress, depression, anxiety, etc.
During our session, He will touch on the basic steps that will help mindful living and take you deeper into your inner self. He has taken numerous sessions teaching simple breath meditation techniques and helping people live a stress-free and the result at times are instant.
