Required for all Band and Color Guard members; provides class and technical instruction
Marching Band Expenses - $400
Required for all Band and Color Guard members; covers expenses related to contest entries, transportation, technical instruction, show design and effects
Game Day Meal Plan - $140
Required of all Band and Color Guard members; 20 meals @ $7.00 per meal. The meal plan provides meals for 10 games and 10 contests/events.
Vegetarian and gluten-free options will be available each week. Unfortunately, other food allergies and dietary restrictions cannot be accommodated. If for any reason the band member needs to opt out of the meal plan, please contact Mr. Thomas Turpin, Director of Bands, firstname.lastname@example.org. Only certain dietary restrictions will be considered. Once a director approval is given for opting out, your total can be adjusted. If a band member is approved to opt out, you must ensure the band member receives a meal from other sources. Due to time and safety constraints, students will not have time to leave campus before call time, so you must send a meal with the opt-out student in the morning, or bring the meal during meal time.
