Thecontestant agrees to be fully liable for any personal injury resulting from theparticipation at the event organized by the ID Sports GmbH. This includes anycosts incurred as a result of a possible injury or damage to personal property.The contestant hereby confirms that he will not make any legal or monetaryclaims against the ID Sports GmbH or any employees as a result of personalinjury during the event. The contestant confirms that he will not make anymonetary claims against the ID Sports GmbH for reimbursement of costs incurredas a result of a possible injury or damage to personal goods.
