Program Registration Application with Special Tuition Terms
As we are all aware of the situation that we are all dealing with, many businesses and individuals are making contributions to their community, state and other individuals to ensure that they can support each other in times of need. As we are unsure as to when the situation will return to normal, we are offering an Extended Tuition Relief Program.
1. What is an Extended Tuition Relief Program?
Students enrolling in the extended tuition relief program will only be required to pay 50% of their tuition in order to graduate from the program, along with completing all coursework requirements of the program. The remaining 50% must be paid by the student within an 18 month period.
2. How does it benefit me as a student?
You are not paying the complete tuition due, you are only paying 50% of the tuition and getting an extended timeline of 18 months to pay your remaining 50% of the tuition. Even though you are only paying the registration fee and 50% of the tuition, your certificate of completion will still be released.
3. How will I attend classes in the COVID-19?
Well, our school has been offering various online program for many years now and taking our experience of educating and providing support, our students can enroll, begin and continue their education online.
4. Is there a limit to the number of applicants that can apply for the extended tuition relief program?
YES, we will only accept the first 500 applicants. After 500 applications, each case will be considered based on severity and necessity. However, acceptance of the application after 500 is not guaranteed.
5. Will this program apply to students that are already enrolled?
No, this program only applies to students(s) that submit their registration via the extended tuition relief program application (form).
6. Is this a tuition discount?
No, this is not a tuition discount or tuition waiver application. The benefit of applying via this extended tuition relief program is that you don’t have to pay 100% of the tuition to graduate, you can do so, by just paying 50% and paying the rest 50% over the period of 18 months.
7. How much time is 18 months?
18 Months is equal to 1 year and 6 months or 1 1/2 year.
8. What part of the fee is included in the extended tuition relief program?
Each program has the following components:
Tuition Fee
Registration Fee
The extended tuition relief program applies only to the tuition fee component and not to the registration fee component.
9. How long will this program be available?
This program will only be available as mentioned in answer #4.
10. Is there a special requirement?
Priority will be given to the frontline healthcare workers or anyone that is supporting the healthcare system in any capacity. A faster processing will be extended to such individuals.
Hospitals with workers that would like to upgrade their education to another level will also be given high priority.
Any or all individuals affected by the COVID-19 outbreak which resulted in job loss or unemployment.
11. What programs are eligible for the Extended Tuition Relief Program?
Allied Healthcare and Medical Program will be given high priority as the demand for such individuals with qualifications is high and expected to surge.
All other programs are also eligible under this Extended Tuition Relief Program.
12. Will the cost of certification exams be included in this Extended Tuition Relief Program?
No, the student will be responsible for the cost of the certification exam, the cost of a certification exam varies anywhere between $90 to $155 depending on the certification exam you will be eligible to attempt.
13. How soon can I apply under the Extended Tuition Relief Program?
Registrations are open and the form is now live.
14. What if I would like to apply for a NON-HEALTHCARE program offered at your school?
You are welcome to register for any non-healthcare programs offered at our school. However, please note the high priority to process the applications are for healthcare program(s) first.
15. When will the extended tuition relief program go into effect after I enroll?
It will begin from the 1st day of your official program start date that you enrolled.
16. How soon do I have to pay the 1st 50% of my tuition fee?
You can either pay in FULL on go on a biweekly payment plan option. There is no monthly payment plan for the Extended Tuition Relief Program.
If you opt for the biweekly payment plan, please note that there will be a one-time $100 payment plan processing fee that will apply to every program that you enroll into
If you pay the 50% in full, there will be no payment plan processing fee applied to your account.
17. Which program is NOT ELIGIBLE for the extended tuition relief program?
The programs that are eligible for the Extended Tuiton Relief Program are listed in the table in the application. Please note: only programs listed in the table are included.
18. Will the non-eligible program(s) become eligible under the Extended Tution Relief Program?
Refer to answer of question #17.
19. Will this apply to me if I am a returning student to Americation Career and Training School?
Yes, you are eligible and for all the prospective students as well that would like to enroll and start attending to Americation Career and Training School.
20. Is there a payment that will need to be submitted with the extended tuition relief program?
To successfully submit this application, the applicant will be required to make a $200 commitment fee. The $200 commitment fee will be applied towards your registration fee for the program that you will be enrolling into at Americation Career and Training School.
21. What are my payment options after I have been accepted into the program through the extended tuition relief program?
Option 1: Pay in full the 50% of the tuition and pay the rest 50% in 18 months, or;
Option 2: Pay on a biweekly payment plan of $200 every (2) two weeks for the 1st 50% of the tuition, while the rest of the 50% must be paid within 18 months from the start date of your program.
22. How will the registration fee be paid for the program?
The registration fee will also be a part of your pay in full or biweekly payments.
23. Will I be charged any interest on the remaining 50% of the tuition that I am required to pay within 18 months.
No, there is no interest charged on payments of the remaining 50% or the initial 50% of the tuition that you pay for any program. ALL TUITION ARE OFFERED AS INTERST FREE (0% INTEREST).
24. Will I have to go through a credit check to be eligible for enrolling into the program under the extended tuition relief program.
No, we do not believe that your credit score or history should be a factor for you to enroll into any educational program or programs at our institution. The main purpose of extended tuition relief program is to support students in times of their financial and educational needs.
25. How long will it take for my application to be processed and what next?
Each application will be processed in the order they are submitted. The normal processing timeline is 2-5 business days. After your application is reviewed and processed, the admissions department will prepare the appropriate documents and send it to your email, you must review the documents and enter all the required information, payment information accurately and esign the documents. Once we receive all the documents back via electronic submission, the process will be considered as complete. After the process is completed you will either receive a call or an email with instructions on starting your classes. Please note the timeline for the process may vary on a case by case basis.
26. What if i choose a payment plan, how much will i required to pay on a biweekly payment plan?
Since this is a Special Extended Tuition Relief Program, if you are opting for a biweekly payment plan, you will be required to pay $200 downpayment that will be applied towards your registration fee and the rest of the payments including the 50% tuition fee will be further placed on a $200 payment plan. So every two weeks you will be paying only $200 until you are paid off with the registration fee and the 50% of the tuition. Once you are paid off with the registration fee and the 50% of the tuition, your certificate of completion will be released, you will however, still be responsible for paying the remaing 50% within 18 months from the start date of the program. No payment plan is required for the remaining 50% of the tuition that you owe the school.
