The Staff Member of the Year program is designed to annually recognize and reward a member of The Woodstock Academy support staff who exhibits outstanding performance and excels in providing consistent, efficient support and assistance in the overall educational experience for students at The Woodstock Academy.
Eligibility
Any support staff employee of The Woodstock Academy is eligible for this award. Support staff are non-certified employees who work in any of the following capacities:
- admissions
- advancement
- campus safety
- clerical
- communications
- custodial
- finances
- human resources
- IT personnel
- maintenance
- nurses
- paraprofessionals
- residential life staff
- secretarial/admin. assistants
Who Can Nominate?
Any member of The Woodstock Academy community.
Award Criteria
This award will be based on significant contributions made by employees using the following criteria:
- Quality of Work Performance
- Consistently exceeds expectations as they relate to one’s position; thoroughness, organization and follow-up of work details and accuracy
- Exemplary attention to punctuality and attendance
- Application of Job Knowledge
- Consistently demonstrates outstanding skills related to position
- Takes initiative to stay current with new or changed aspects, skills or techniques of assigned work
