Volunteer and Fundraising Requirements
Operation of the Club Ice Desk is dependent upon volunteers. We appreciate as much help as we can get and require that each full club member family complete a minimum of 20 sessions as Desk Monitor. These sessions are broken into two parts so that 10 sessions as Desk Monitor are to be completed between 7/1/22 and 1/15/23 or the family will be billed $150 and 10 sessions between 1/16/23 and 6/1/23 or to be billed $150. If you know that you will be unable to volunteer to this extent, you may contribute $300 at any time and we encourage you to do what you can to contribute. Alternative volunteer plans are available if necessary. Please contact the club if needed.
Collegiate, Associate, and Coach Members are exempt from volunteer and fundraising requirements.
- Raffle tickets for cash prizes will be sold this year to fulfill individual fundraising requirements for each club family.
- Each full Club Member family is required to purchase $100 worth of raffle tickets toward a cash prize by 12/1/22. Winners will be announced in December.
- Families may choose to sell the tickets or turn them in for a chance to win.
