Please complete a separate application for each member. Memberships are not prorated. Membership runs from 7/1/24- 6/30/25 for regular memberships to coincide with the US Figure Skating membership year. If you teach or take lessons through the Learn to Skate Program you must also have a Learn to Skate membership even if you have a regular club or USFSA membership.

Volunteer and Fundraising Requirements

Operation of the Club Ice Desk is dependent upon volunteers. We appreciate as much help as we can get and require that each full club member family complete a minimum of 20 sessions as Desk Monitor. These sessions are broken into two parts so that 10 sessions as Desk Monitor are to be completed between 7/1/24 and 1/15/25 or the family will be billed $150 and 10 sessions between 1/16/25 and 6/1/25 or to be billed $150. If you know that you will be unable to volunteer to this extent, you may contribute $300 at any time and we encourage you to do what you can to contribute. Alternative volunteer plans are available if necessary. Please contact the club if needed.

Collegiate, Associate, and Coach Members are exempt from volunteer and fundraising requirements.
- Raffle tickets for cash prizes will be sold this year to fulfill individual fundraising requirements for each club family.
- Each full Club Member family is required to purchase $100 worth of raffle tickets toward a cash prize by 12/1/24. Winners will be announced in December.
- Families may choose to sell the tickets or turn them in for a chance to win.

I certify that I, the member, or I, the parent/guardian of said participant, give my consent to the Syracuse Figure Skating Club, Inc., and the facility the activities are taking place in and their staff, and to members of the Syracuse Figure Skating Club, Inc., their Board of Directors and volunteers to obtain medical care from any licensed physician, hospital or clinic, including transportation and emergency medical services, for myself/ourselves and/or said participant for any injury that could arise from participation in these activities.I/we do not give consent for medical attention or treatment. In doing so, I/we understand that medical treatment is my/our responsibility. (If choosing this option then a responsible adult must be on the premises with your minor child at all times.)
