There is a non-refundable research fee of $100.00 for 1-2 People and $10.00 per person for 3 or more. If you decide to book with us your research fee will be applied to your trip balance. The research fee is valid for 30 days. Otherwise, we will consider the request cancelled. If you reconvene anytime thereafter, a new research fee will be due.

In order to provide professional services required to design and arrange your travel, a research fee is required. The fee is $100.00 for 1-2 People and $10.00 per person for 3 or more. The fee is non-refundable unless you book with DK Destinations (your fee will be applied to your balance at the time of booking). Vacation planning involves a great deal of time. Our work is based on years of personal experience and professional expertise. We research cruises, hotels, tours and activities to meet your specific needs, contact suppliers, coordinate transportation, draft itineraries and more. We provide vacation plans and tailored travel arrangements that give travelers peace of mind and save them time.

The research fee is valid for 30 days (includes 2 destination changes). Otherwise, we will consider the request cancelled. If you reconvene anytime thereafter, a new research fee will be due.

Research Fee Breakdown

The Research Fee will be applied to your balance ONLY if you choose to book with DK Destinations.

Once the Research Fee is obtained and arrangements secured, DK Destinations will provide the following:

Reservations/Flight itinerary information.

Communicate any travel changes by email or text (your preference).

Send a courtesy reminder before departure with travel documents.

By signing the research agreement form you hereby agree to the terms herein:

1. The authorization & disclosure is not considered complete until this form is executed by you.

2. We will not commence any planning until the research fee is paid.

3. Your quotes/itineraries/proposals will not be released until this form is executed and returned.

4. I agree with the above terms and conditions, and engage DK Destinations to research my vacation plans.

5. I agree that my research fee is non-refundable and non-transferable; however, if I choose to book with DK Destinations the fee will be applied to my balance.
