LaVerne Krause Gallery Exhibition Application

APPLICATION PROCESS:

Students from any major are able to propose exhibitions and curatorial projects. Groups of artists are welcome to apply together. Individual artists are also welcome to apply to the LVK to use part of the space. If applying individually, selected applicants will be paired up with other exhibitors to share the space. Artists who desire a solo exhibition should submit to the Washburn/Foyer galleries which are designed for solo projects.

The work to be exhibited does not have be finished before submitting your proposal. Submitting previous work that won't necessarily be shown in the proposed exhibition is acceptable and quite common.

What do you plan to exhibit? Please describe the physical form, some of the ideas behind it, and in general what the exhibition might look like.

List any weeks you would be unable to exhibit if selected. (Note: gallery is only open during the weeks of the academic year that classes are in session, excluding week 11.)
Upload at least 4-5 images of artwork if applying as an individual and 5-10 images for a group submission. The work does not have to be what you will exhibit. Just show previous artwork you feel good about. Sketches/work in progress is helpful too. Please use the boxes underneath the file upload to add titles, sizes, description.

If you have a video to share, please upload a screenshot and then put a link to the video streaming somewhere online or a download link to the file for a file sharing site in the comment section.
