Our new customer portal, My Utilities, is live on 05/28/2020!
To create a new My Utilities profile or convert your Paperless Portal profile to My Utilities, go to: myutilities.saccounty.net
With this new portal you will be able to maintain your bank account information, to set up recurring and one-time payments. If you currently have an established recurring payment, you will need to verify your bank account in My Utilities in order to display an abbreviated view of your bank account details. However, you may cancel your recurring payment in My Utilities without verifying your bank account.
Once you've set up a profile with My Utilities, you can:
- Manage your bank account
- Set up/manage one-time or recurring payments
- Set up/manage payment reminders
- Change your mailing address
- Set up/manage paperless billing
- View historical payments and bills
If you already had a Paperless Portal account, you will need to re-establish your account with My Utilities. Just select "Forgot Password" and enter your username, to receive a reset password email.
