The second in a series of Roundtables based on the Committee’s 2018 book, Class Action Strategy and Practice Guide. Like the book, the Roundtable will provide a nuts and bolts discussion the will be immediately applicable and helpful to a plaintiff lawyer’s practice, and will give defense counsel a unique perspective about how the other side thinks about class action issues. Speakers will be the book co-editor Jocelyn Larkin and chapter author Andrew McGuinness.
