I, the undersigned, verify that I am the legal representative for the vendor listed in this application. I agree to abide by all requirements for participating as a non-food vendor in the 2024 Taste of Annandale. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Ammandale-Mason Roundtable, Taste of Annandale, and Fairfax County, their officers, agents, employees, and volunteers from and against any and all liability for damage, injury, or loss to any person or goods for any reason.
