Please fill out this form to tell us you'll help out at the regatta. Many volunteers are needed to make this a fun, fair and safe regatta.

You're invited to a gathering of volunteers and competitors at McGillicuddy's On the Green in Colchester on Friday, July 12 from 7-9 PM. Ordering will be off the regular menu and you'll be responsible for your check.

All meals at the regatta venue — breakfasts, lunches and a BBQ Dinner at 6pm on Saturday, July 13 — are provided free to event volunteers. 

Below, indicate additional non-volunteer attendees and their entrée, such as "2 turkey burgers" for two people. Please purchase a meal plan for each attendee during check-in (or at the BBQ). A meal plan covers event meals including the BBQ for a total of $10.

Please sign up for the times you will volunteer during regatta.

When you arrive, please sign in (boat club basement room), and sign a waiver and media release.

We will hold a volunteer clinic on Friday, July 5 from 6-8pm at the Malletts Bay Boat Club. Please attend and learn how to help out more effectively during the regatta!
            
We'll also have short orientations for new volunteers: Saturday at 8:15am & 12pm, and Sunday at 8:15am & 11am, on the lake side of the Malletts Bay Boat Club clubhouse.

Scheduled times are approximate, and subject to change due to weather or other factors. Please review the complete regatta schedule.

Our program runs regular sailing sessions at The Moorings, 332 West Lakeshore Dr, Colchester. Please indicate if you would like to help out! With more volunteers, we could offer more sailing sessions.

Everyone is welcome to volunteer at the regatta! No specific skills are necessary in order to be helpful. If you have any experience in the following areas, please let us know so we can plan our coverage during the event. Check all that apply.
