Picnic rules which must be followed:
1) Only members who are current with their membership dues are entitled to reserve picnics.
2) Each member is responsible for his or her own conduct, and the conduct of their guests.
3) Reservations are scheduled on a first come/first served basis. (After receipt of a signed request and deposit.)
4) A reservation must be finalized at least one week in advance. (for lifeguard scheduling)
5) Picnics at South Beach are limited to 50 people. Guest lists are required and will be monitored. (If you sign up for the maximum number of people, no more will be allowed.) A guest list is mandatory and must be turned in to the guards prior to the start of your scheduled picnic.
6) Picnics at North Beach are limited to 30 people. No lifeguard will be on duty as swimming at North Beach is prohibited.
7) Each household may schedule a maximum of two picnics per year on weekends.
8) All guests must follow beach rules, including deep-water swim tests as required by lifeguards.
9) Private club or work picnics are not allowed due to liability. (e.g. Scouts, leagues, etc.)
