If your field trip has an associated fee, you will be contacted about how best to pay it. (If you aren't contacted ahead of time, count on bringing the fee in cash when you check in to the conference.)
Conference fee: $120 members/$140 non-members for registrations received by July 15. Cost will increase by $20 on July 16.
Included in the conference fee: snacks during meeting breaks, Friday & Saturday lunches, Friday evening reception with appetizers & drinks at the NM Governor’s Mansion in Santa Fe (note: a valid driver’s license must be shown to gain entrance to this event).
The Saturday evening banquet, held at the beautiful historic Scottish Rite Temple in downtown Santa Fe, is an additional $30 (drinks included).
Meals are buffet-style with meat and vegetarian choices.
You can also opt for housing on the IAIA campus during the conference. Residence hall rooms are inexpensive, at only $70/night, are comfortable and modern, and come with towels and complete linens.
If you decide to take advantage of IAIA-provided room and board, you will only be charged a $50 deposit now. The balance or $70 per night (minus $50) will be due at the time of conference check-in.
(This includes the conference fee plus the deposit for room and board, the Saturday banquet, and/or anything else for which you opted in.)
